Sorry, I was so consumed with annoyance at PETA I forgot to include other stuff.
-The Baby is now jumping on every piece of furniture she can find, thanks to her experience at the House of Bounce. Worry not; I am taking photos. Bed, couch, and footstool jumping.
-No one has opened their presents yet and I'm getting antsy because I want to SEE THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR SWEATERS.
-I finally fixed the bloody damn torn scarf, and it is wrapped and under the tree.
-We all had cookies for lunch today.

I have one more gift to finish - it's looking like I might actually make it.
Congrats on getting finished in time to actually enjoy the holiday! Oh, and my sister had her kid wear a bike helmet in the house for about 3 months - saves on trips to emergency rooms when they bounce OFF stuff.

A lot of people don't know this but if you read deeply into PETA they are actually against people keeping animals for pets. They don't advertise this very often because most of the people who support them are pet owners. There is a very good episode on PETA in Penn and Teller's Show BullSh*T. They expose a lot of the truly extremist beliefs that they hold.
