The book review is on hold until tomorrow; I'm still reading it and deciding if I like it or not. It's certainly NOT what I was expecting, but that may not be a bad thing. I haven't decided.
The Baby has had this toy, a little drum from LeapFrog that does letters and numbers in LED lights when you pat the top. After her discovery of drumming yesterday morning, it has become her favorite toy.
(Note the disgusted cat in the left foreground.) I swear my child has not been in the same purple pajamas for four days. Just about, but it only seems that way in the photos. At the moment she is wearing something else. Honest. Anyway, here the Baby says "Ooooh. Flashing lights." Best. Photo. Ever. Kudos to the husbeast for snapping it at just the right moment. (Note disgusted cat in left foreground.)
Top five things said while dyeing yarn:
1. I wonder if this is hot enou-ow.
2. GET AWAY FROM THAT! (Shouted at husbands, children, and cats.)
3. Why isn't this working?
4. Maybe it'll look better when it's dry.
5. Damn.
FOUR blog posts yesterday. I don't know what to say. I'm blaming it all on cold medicine and pain drugs. In fact, I'm gonna go take some more. So look out.

I said several of those things myself when dyeing on Saturday - particularly the 'when it's dry one' not long after followed by 'damn'.
yes, that is quite possibly one of the best photos of the Baby ever taken. Go Husbeast.
Perfect, perfect picture!!! Save that one to bring out on prom night...
Silly, we like it when you post a lot! More to drool over...
Oh my God, that IS the best picture ever of The Baby. Way to go, Husbeast! Me and my knee thank you.
What can I add--such a happy Baby!
Such a pleased Sekhmet.
And you do realize that your post 2 ago will have the 'enlarge your penis' types coming here, don't you ;-)
That picture rocks...(it's why digital cameras and the net go together like peanut butter and chocolate...) I LIKE your posts...especially on cold meds (hee hee hee...good times:-)
I check your site several times a day. Mostly because I know you will post whenever you have something interesting to say.
You simply have to stop posting such adorable baby pictures. All these out-of-control cute baby pictures are putting ideas into my head - like I should have a baby. I simply can't do that - too much to knit right now.

Oooo, colors! What a cutie! I love it when they get really involved in their toys. :-)
Ohhh, poor baby--looks like the drum got ahold of her nose! Great photo.
Love the top five things said... I can totally relate. :)
