Actually, Philip Morris has a whole big section on their website about quitting, steps to quit, etc. A little like locking the barn door after the horse is gone, but...
Or maybe just a total oxymoron to associate the shrub with fixing anything. His main purpose in life seems to be destroying things.
also I appreciate your medical posts, as has already been said it helps for any with a chronic medical condition to see others talk about their own problems. Your rants about the military system make me appreciate that I may pay more I get the same doctor, for 3 years now and the same meds. I may rant about $40 prescriptions and $45 dollar copays but I get a lot more more stability with a good DR I chose. Very important in a shrink and I got to find a good one for my son's ADHD. Hope you have a better day andthe Goob definitely sounds like my son, of course he likes JD Robb at 8yo so I have to edit the audibooks after I listen to them in case he gets ahold of them, and he loves CIV IV.
