yeah, we're slated to get much the same here in indy. for once i may not need to wear my sweater in our WAY-over-air-conditioned office. (it's a cold-water system that's about as easy to control as a river.)

good day to hunker in your bunker with the baby and a stack of pattern books, and knit nothing bigger or more exhausting than a swatch!

btw, her royal babyness is almost outgrowing her nickname. she may have to become "the toddler" soon -- preferably before she has to declare, "i NOT a BABY!!"

Gah.
I grew up in Las Vegas, so I've seen 115, but it's a dry heat. ;) I feel for you!

ouch. that's not gonna be fun at all. Does this mean more photos of the baby in the pool?

It's still foggy here.

You know its bad when South Florida (I'm in the Tampa metro area now) is cooler and less humid than where you are at.

Scary I think.

Love the Saguaro cactus in Tuesday's forecast! Are they trying to sneak in a commentary about global warming?

Freakin' gnarly. I'm with the hunker in your bunker plan...no trips to the IGA, just you, knitting, and maybe some time in the diaper-monkey pool.

Weatherbug's a freakin' liar. It's way hotter than that. Last night, at 8pm as I headed home, it was 99 degrees. That just ain't right.PPPytfb10

Never again will I live someplace where the temp includes words like "heat index"
