I grew up in NE Ohio dairy country, married a sailor, lived in Hawaii ten years, lived in SC for five years, then moved back to culture shock and confusion. Nothing but good times ahead.

So, are you going to the museum tomorrow evening? What a cutie.
I don't know if the museums in that area have anything like this, but at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, the first Thursday of each month is free. I love that price.

And with that estimate, the Smithsonian would host roughly 178 school groups if they were open 365 days a year. Damn.
She is beyond adorable and looks like such a big girl! She'll be all grown up and out on her own excavation sites before you know it.
Oh she looks terribly pleased with herself!! My sister got glasses at a very young age and I remember her saying 'Mummy you look so thin' - because before that, everyone had been blurry and doubled!
I *heart* little kids in glasses. Hated being one, but now? LOVES.
My grandma told me that if I stuck out my tongue a bird would come and poop on it. Just saying.

Yeah, the glasses really make her look like a big girl.
So adorable, she looks awesome and so smart. We are on the male kidling's second pair in a year and he doesn't look remotely cute, but he's 10.
Oh, adorable. And Happy Mom with good doctor & proper pain meds. Now you know your way to the museum and to the doctor's office. PigsBird is gradually becoming YOUR town.
I hope you took the Goob & her new eyes to the museum at once!
My now 9 year old got glasses just before he started kindergarten. We generally stop by the eye doc once a month to have the glasses tightened and adjusted. Seriously, it is well worth the drop-in to make sure that all the screws stay in place and the vision is correctly aligned. We also go through about six spray bottles of cleaner every month. Its his responsibility to clean them every morning. LOL.
She looks loverly and so grown up. Plus, girls have soooo many options to add to their fashion sense!
