Something accomplished.

It kind of reminds me of peacock feathers, where the overwhelming color is blue, but there are little flecks of everything else. I've got about 1200 yards of it, plus another 200 or so yards of a related, brighter blue. I'm gonna knit a plain old stockinette sweater and put the brighter blue around the yoke.

I know, I know, I'm starting a new project before I finish anything else. Screw it. I'll finish the rest of this stuff sometime or other.

Life is short. Knit whatever you want. I think it's going to be my new motto.

Since I didn't do much in the last few days other than spin and sleep (and deal with temper tantrums - the Goober's, not the husbeast's), there's no real news. But I haven't fallen on or over anything lately, or slammed my hand in a door, or broken any bones. But I'm going to the gym tonight, so who knows? The day is young, yet.

It's gorgeous! (And so glad you're feeling better. "You okay, mumma? Okay?" So sweet...)

1200 yards, wow, and it's quite the gorgeous!

Glad you haven't broken anything today. Like yourself. ;D

That's really lovely yarn. And good luck on making it through the rest of the day unscathed.

I don't even like blue and I love that yarn. Nice job, and quit trying to injure yourself.

It is reminiscent of peacock feathers. And your motto is a good one. Life is too short to waste on knitting that is not fun. No one is keeping count of the wips.

The yarn is incredible!! Peacock Feather is a gorgeous color, I agree. I can't wait to see what you make! Maybe something plain for the MIL's christmas sweater? Or is this all yours?

Yummy! Just plain stockinette will highlight the beauty of the yarn and make a sweater that can be worn with anything. I'm seeing a strand of turquoise beads dressing it up for a nice dinner out.

Love your new motto, think I might have to borrow it from time to time. That yarn is bloody gorgeous! Hope your toe recovers soon. I managed to chop one of my sisters toes off when we were kids so at least you've still got them all :)
