Sekhmet, you fucker.
That's an LL Bean raincoat her butt is sticking out from under. I swear this beast has radar for finding goretex. If it's got space-age insulation in it, that cat is on top of it. Or under it. Fucker.

Otherwise, nothing going on. Ran out of all my pain medication about a week ago, so things have been pretty crappy. But I saw a new doctor this morning and should be feeling better soon. Cheerful blogging to resume shortly. (I'm sorry, I didn't ask for the medication that leads to crazy blog posts. Maybe next time. Or maybe not. Haha. I think you guys were the only ones who still liked me after that last round.)

I did take some photos of the Goober coloring the other day. I love watching her; for four-year-olds, coloring is a contact sport, with rolling around and sound effects and crayons arguing with each other.

OMG! She's gotten so big! I remember those days, drifts of newsprint paper all over the floor and kids and crayons underfoot. Good times.
We love you if you get the crazy blog meds or not.
Oh, look how cute she is! That hair is tops.
Oh my! Something exploded on your daughter's head! SOMETHING ADORABLE.
Her hair. It kills me.
She's grown up so much! I love the talking crayons... and paper... and chairs, they have such amazing lives round here!
I had hair like that as a child. There's a reason I have short hair now......
And I loved being able to watch my kids color. We had a huge roll of paper and tons of crayons. I still give them crayons and some sort of coloring book/pad for Christmas.
I love the top pic! The basket handle looks like she has a big red bow in her wild hair! Too cute!
Coloring is one of the great joys of childhood. I think I need to take it up again.
I can't believe how long her hair has gotten!
I, for one, will read you addictively with or without crazy meds. (And just when was that, anyway?)
Look how long her curls are getting! Coloring as a contact sport? Yeah! Especially when there are no lines to color within. It looks like great fun to me!
Sekhmet is my kinda girl!
There are few things more fun that eavesdropping on the imaginative kid play, before they realize you can hear them and start to censor themselves!
Ha! Thanks for giving me a reason to laugh through my bad cold today!
Look at all that long, gloriously beautiful hair! And you're right--four year olds, six year olds... those crayons have ACTIVE lives!
