ReplyDeleteI knit a gauge swatch the other day too, and I never do that, but I want to knit an EZ's Ribwarmer for Durwood but use bulky instead of worsted, so I had to figure out my gauge.
ReplyDeleteMom knit me a sweater in high school almost that exact color! It was a pullover with crocheted shell edging and looked totally fab with my A-line wool plaid skirt in heathered blue and pink. I thought I was the epitome in that outfit.
