About a year ago, my sister-in-law found a sale on children's animal slippers and bought two pairs, one for her son and one for the Goober. She gave them to both kids last Christmas, figuring that they'd fit eventually. It's finally cooled down enough here to NEED slippers, and when I noticed the Goober's feet were cold this morning I went and dug out the slippers and put them on her feet.
They fit.
She's had them on for about half an hour, and is still walking about saying "Look! Pig shoes! Oink oink onink!"

ReplyDeleteThat is the best shoesday photo. It has finally gotten cold enough here for slippers and shoes with socks. Since I haven't had to turn on the heat until now, that's ok with me.
