Speaking of books...

Would you guys be interested in me making a couple lists of books, like books suggested for beginners, books suggested for people thinking about design, people interested in XYZ, and then linking to them in the sidebar?

  1. I would love that! I'm not a big book buyer (try not to faint, dude, deep breaths) so when I do purchase I want something that meets my needs--so a list would rock my small world!

  5. As a fairly new knitter, I don't have much (read NONE) of a library. I'd LOVE to have lists like that. Maybe someday I could even contribute a few rave faves.

  6. What category would Vogue Knitting go in? What to knit if you're on crack?

  7. would love to hear what you like but all in one area. I read your book reviews and think "I'm gonna have to get me that one soon" but then forget by the time I go to order.

  9. Yes. Books are good. Lists are good. The two together are excellent.

  10. Lessee...you do the work and the evaluation, and I get to play with the computer...

    There is no downside...

  11. I could add a list of my helpful/favorite books if needed. Not that I have a huge library. But I am a self-taught by books, knitter. LOL!

  12. That would be great! I recently did a search of your blog after scoring several books at a library book sale. I had to find out if they were any good, after all.
